By accessing or using Realm of Ruin, including the official website, media kit, and any related game materials, downloads, or services made available by GTM Bot Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Realm of Ruin. Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Realm of Ruin only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must not:

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems, networks, or security;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse our software, content, or assets;
• use Realm of Ruin for fraud, spam, harassment, or other malicious activity;
• misrepresent your relationship to GTM Bot Inc. or imply endorsement where none exists.

3. Project Information

Realm of Ruin is an in-development game project. Screenshots, lore, character materials, release information, platform references, and feature descriptions are provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

We do not guarantee that any feature, release window, platform plan, or gameplay system shown on the site will be available exactly as described.

4. Media Kit and Official Assets

Our site may make logos, screenshots, key art, trailers, and other official promotional materials available for press, creators, and community coverage.

You may use those materials for ordinary editorial, commentary, or promotional discussion of Realm of Ruin, but you may not sell, license, falsely claim ownership of, or misleadingly alter them.

Any asset-specific instructions published on the Media Kit page apply to those downloads as well.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, artwork, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, lore, screenshots, and other materials made available through Realm of Ruin are the property of GTM Bot Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of Realm of Ruin except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Realm of Ruin may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including storefronts, social platforms, video platforms, and analytics providers.

We do not control or endorse those third-party products or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. GTM Bot Inc. is not responsible for any third-party content, availability, or resulting damages.

7. Disclaimers

Realm of Ruin and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that published project information will remain unchanged. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTM Bot Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

GTM Bot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Realm of Ruin, including loss of data, goodwill, or anticipated business opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability we do have will be limited to the minimum amount required under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTM Bot Inc. and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of Realm of Ruin or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Realm of Ruin or any part of its services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to GTM Bot Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@realmofruin.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.

Continued use of Realm of Ruin after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
